Why we are here ~

The services we provide for your community include overseeing common area maintenance, architectural control
administration, contract negotiations and management, corporate management, accounting services and the billing
and collection of your maintenance fees and enforcement of the CC&R’s, By-Laws and policies. These services are all structured to help bring the community members necessary services, preserve property values, enhance aesthetic appeal, and maintain harmony for all property owners. However, for us to be fully successful, we need the help and cooperation of the community members. We’re here to help you and your community, so we ask that you contact us whenever you need assistance in complying with the community’s restrictive covenants.

Our Story

DTA, founded in 1999, is a local Texas owned and operated corporation that specializes in the management of
community associations. As a reflection of our dedication to our customers’ satisfaction, we are an A+ rated
member of the Better Business Bureau. DTA also participates in community association education and is an
active member of the Community Associations Institute.


We are pleased to provide your community with a professional management team led by your community
manager, Terry Davis. We are always happy to help and encourage you to stop by and meet the team. Your customer service team is available to assist walk-in clients during regular business hours; however, meetings with your community manager should be scheduled in advance to ensure he is available to meet with you.
