The LCF Association's community building is available to rent for resident owners and the public. It is located at 610 Navajo, just a block off HWY 105 - This is the same location our association board meetings are held each month.

Building Rental Includes:

• Twelve (12) - 6' Tables

• Three (3) - 6' Folding Tables

• One (1) - 6' Round Table

• ~75 Folding Chairs (some black with cushioned seats, some brown metal)

Rental Pricing:

• Rental Fee for LCF Owners / LCF Renters: $150 (Must be current on Maintenance Fees)

• Deposit Fee for LCF Owners / LCF Renters: $300

• Rental Fee for Non-LCF Owners: $250

• Deposit Fee for Non-LCF Owners: $500

• Cleaning Fee (All Renters) $50

• Additional Time Preceding: $50

• Additional Time After: $50

• Other Groups: Upon approval
