Community Center Rental

The LCF Association's community building is available to rent for resident owners and the public. It is located at 610 Navajo, just a block off HWY 105 - This is the same location our association board meetings are held each month.

Building Rental Includes:

Twelve (12) - 6' Tables
Three (3) - 6' Folding Tables
One (1) - 6' Round Table
~75 Folding Chairs (some black with cushioned seats, some brown metal)

Rental Pricing:

Rental Fee for LCF Owners / LCF Renters: $150 (Must be current on Maintenance Fees)
Deposit Fee for LCF Owners / LCF Renters: $300
Rental Fee for Non-LCF Owners: $250
Deposit Fee for Non-LCF Owners: $500
Cleaning Fee (All Renters) $50
Additional Time Preceding: $50
Additional Time After: $50
Other Groups: Upon approval
