Invoices are mailed to the address on file for the property owner.

NOTIFICATION LETTER SENT TO RESIDENTS REGARDING DELIQUENT ACCOUNT

Dear Lake Conroe Forest Homeowners,

In 2024 a letter was sent out to homeowners in Lake Conroe Forest regarding unpaid property assessments. Our management company DTA has now started turning over unpaid accounts to their collection agency. Two years of unpaid assessments can quickly escalate into a much greater amount. An example of the fees are shown here in this letter. The collection agency is now in the process of placing liens on properties with outstanding assessments.

Total Assessments through 1/9/2025: $250.00

Late Fees through 1/9/2025: $0.00

Interest through 1/9/2025: $7.33

Collection Cost and Attorney’s fees: $400.00

Other Charges: $160.00

Total Amount Outstanding: $817.33
