 Little Lake Conroe Park 1 - 610 Navajo RdLittle Lake Conroe Park 1 is where our community building is located along with a basketball court and picnic table. This is the location for our monthly meetings and community events including the Crafts and Critters events and our holiday neighborhood events. The community building is available to rent for private use. To inquire about renting and more information, see the Community Center Rental page. |  Little Lake Conroe Park 2 - 225 Comanche RdLittle Lake Conroe Park 2 has access to a walking bridge leading to a beautiful grassy peninsula, perfect for catch and release fishing, picnics, and nature watching. |  Little Lake Conroe Park 3 - 413 Comanche RdLittle Lake Conroe Park 3 is located by the dam making it a great location for catch and release fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boats, and other small water activities. |  Rushing Springs Lake Park 2 - 900 W Cedar River RdRushing Springs Lake Park 2 is tucked away at the end of the road making it the perfect quiet place to relax and enjoy bird watching and other wildlife. It is mostly shaded with a picnic table. |  Rushing Springs Lake Park 3 - 600 Deep River RDRushing Springs Lake Park 3 is a quaint island that can be reached by a short walking bridge. This park allows visitors to experience a 360 degree view of Rushing Springs Lake and all of the amazing wildlife that call it home. It offers a picnic table and plenty of room to fish from the bank. |

The lake is known for swimming and other relaxing water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding. |  Hickory Lake Park 1 - 611 Crystal River RdHickory Lake Park 1 is a beautiful small park with gorgeous Cypress trees and plenty of shade. It offers a single picnic table and great for catch and release fishing. |  Hickory Lake Park 2 - 704 Yellowstone River RdHickory Lake Park 2 is a quiet small park that offers a picnic table, quite - beautiful scenery and plenty of space for catch and release fishing. |  Rushing Springs Lake Park 4 - 610 St Lawrence River RdRushing Springs Lake Park 4 offers plenty of shade, picnicking, and is the ideal park for swimming and other relaxing water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding. |  Hunting Tower Run ParkHunting Tower Run Park is where our community boat ramp is located which provides access to Lake Conroe for boating, fishing, and other water activities. Although no swimming is allowed on or near the boat ramp, this park offers a playground, benches, multiple picnic tables - and plenty of room to fish! |
Park Rules
All 10 Lake Conroe Forest parks are exclusively for our residents and their guests and require a current parking pass displayed from the rearview mirror of your vehicle (including Golf Carts). Any unauthorized vehicles, including those without a pass, with an expired pass, or using the parks outside of park hours, may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Monitored Security Cameras are installed in our parks and at the boat ramp. This measure helps ensure the safety and protection of our community owned amenities - As well as monitoring the non-permitted use of our parks and boat launch facilities. Some cameras are visible - some are not.

Please keep our lakes and parks clean for the enjoyment of all residents. Note: Our parks are open from dawn to dusk and fishing in LCF lakes are catch and release with a valid Texas fishing license.
The LCF community is not responsible for any injury or loss while using any parks or amenities. For their safety, we recommend that children remain supervised at all times while playing in the parks or lakes.
