Parking & Boat Ramp Launch Tags

Parking and boat launch tags (maximum of two per resident) are issued to property owners who are current on the LCF yearly property maintenance fee. Tags expire at the end of the year and must be renewed annually.

Note: Tags must be displayed in the front window of any vehicle parked in our parks or using the boat launch.

If you’d prefer to pick up your tags in person, email the address above to arrange for a board member to meet you at the community building (610 Navajo, Montgomery, TX 77316).

Important: If you’ve requested a tag, please allow up to 5 days for processing. We’re a small team of unpaid volunteers and do our best to fulfill requests as quickly as possible.
